Gave up on that idea and just made a saison. Boiler room is at 28 c.
Had a small catastrophe with my bottling bucket/secondary fermentor. It sprung a leak half way. I panicked, and an old beer cap fell in the beer. Fingers crossed for no infection in the English strong ale.

Reminds me of the Kulen flavoured beer I made. Was actually pretty tasty, Smoked paprika and red peppercorns.
