Nakon zamjene starog mash tuna novim bucket-in-a-bucket sistemom, jako sam zadovoljan. Danas sam skuhao jedan sweet (milk) stout, nadam se po mom ukusu:

Dodao sam prvi hmelj 10 minuta prije nego je krenuo boil, tako da je sam boil trajao 50 minuta.
Hmelj je bio u vrećici, tako da nemam previše otpada nakon hlađenja.
Hlađenje: ohladiti za 20-ak stupnjeva. Aroma-steep hmelj ide u vrećicu, malo se namače u pokrivenom loncu (10-ak minuta) i onda se opet pokrene chiller. Vrećica s hmeljem ide van kad se ohladi.
