I have been to a lot of beer festivals and this one is the best one I have ever been to. They limit attendees to about 1000. You pay a lot of money, about 1700 kuna for all four sessions, but then once you are inside you don't pay for any beer. You have a very small glass, but you can have it filled again and again. Andrej and I certainly were extremely satisfied with the beers. Last year they had a ton of extremely strong, barrel aged beers, tons of sour and Brett beers, tons of great IPAs and Imperial IPAs.

It is, unfortunately, the most expensive beer festival I have ever been to as well. Hotels are not cheap, food and other drinks while there are not cheap. So, be aware of this. But if you decide you want to go, make sure to buy your tickets as soon as they go on sale.
